Europe
Delivery anywhere in Europe is £5.50 with Royal Mail no matter what size your order is.

Delivery is via Royal Mail International Parcels which typically takes 2-4 days.

Rest of the World
Delivery anywhere else in the World is £5.50
Delivery is via Royal Mail International Parcels which typically takes 4-7 days.

Please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us as follows.

If for any reason you are unhappy with something you have ordered, please email or telephone us within 14 days of receipt to advise us of the problem. If you then you return the product unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase, we will refund you the cost of the product but not the original delivery costs as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. You pay for the return carriage of the goods.

If you return an item to us which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the original delivery cost and the return carriage. If this happens, please contact us first at info@heenalu.co.uk and we will confirm how you should send the item to us.

Please note: we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for used or customer damaged goods.

1. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim the sales tax, we can supply a VAT receipt upon request at time of order.
